Please stop by Fairway Executive Suites, take a tour and meet our Business Manager who will guide you through the following three easy steps to your new office:
1. Make your selections.
- Choose your office. Sizes start at 80 sq. ft. for $365. See floor plans
- Choose your optional services: telephone package, high-speed Internet, additional furniture, etc. A la carte services
2. Sign up and pay initial fees.
- Transparent contract with flexible lease terms and no hidden fees.
- First month’s rent plus 6% sales tax.
- Security deposit of one month’s rent plus $50.
- Telephone setup and training $50, if applicable.
- Telephone handset deposit $100, if applicable.
3. Set up your address and phone number.
- Your name will appear on the building directory so that visitors and clients can easily find your office.
- If you choose to use our telephone system, you can keep your current phone number or we’ll set up a new one for you.
- Tell us how you want your calls answered and handled.
- Receive your pre-programmed phone from us and plug it into the Internet for calls made to or received from anywhere in the world.
- Access your optional administrative support services.
